Free shipping promotions may apply when indicated on the website.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

PetHalo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.
